I turned another year older on today (and major thanks to all the well wishers!) and I’m not ashamed to admit I’m now 36. This year I was like the Queen and had two birthdays: an official one and a real one.

Bleary-eyed parents don’t need anyone to tell them they’re suffering from sleep deprivation. It’s not easy to walk around like a zombie, and maintain a certain appearance to yourself, and not to mention enthusiasm. Let’s face it, we’re tired!

I spend time on Twitter at least once a day following friends, celebrities and business leaders, seeing what they’re up to on a daily basis (although I think the whole world is following Stephen Fry).
