breakfastWe have two types of food in our house, tall food and tummy food. OK, so I know there maybe more than two actual food types in our house but these two are the major classifications.

For the avoidance of doubt, tall food is the healthy stuff that makes you grow up, whilst tummy food is the unhealthy stuff that makes your tummy grow out. You know the type of stuff I mean: chips, chocolate, sweets, cake, ice cream, pop, take-aways, beer and wine.

But why is it that tummy food always tastes better and is more satisfying than tall food?
